Third Time's A Charm - With Coach Barbara:

Nizzi: I lost 55 lbs. this year and a total of 85 lbs. from my heaviest weight which is probably the thing I’m most proud of. .I was diagnosed with multiple issues including polycystic ovarian syndrome and premature ovarian failure which led to a host of health problems including my inability to lose weight. I was gifted an angel in the form of Barbara Christensen whom has really helped me figure out my health issues and learn all kinds about gut health and digestion. I am down from 15 pills a day to two. I did have a cancer scare and I’m thankful that it was just a scare and nothing more. I feel the best I’ve felt in years. Honestly whole foods truly help with cravings and balance. This is something I recommend for those that eat 100% Paleo Monday through Friday and on the weekend go crazy. Frank: I had a complete blood panel done just to see what being on the whole foods program since June has done for me. My Cholesterol went down 31 points, my HDL went down 7 points, LDL went down 21 points, TRIG went down 18 points. The last time I went for testing was in April. Have been taking 1 each of the whole foods capsules in the morning and one each in the evening along with one vanilla shake in the morning and one in the afternoon. I also exercise several times a week for a total of 30 minutes a day for 7 days a week. I did not have the energy or inclination to exercise much before this program. I have lost of 20 lbs and have been buying new clothes because the old ones don't fit anymore. The results were expected but still a pleasant surprise.
