Vegetarian Ketosis Smoothie

My favorite non-denatured whey shake is the KetoFuel shake. It's pretty tasty, and gives you a quick path into ketosis. It is specially formulated to support the body’s natural ketogenic metabolic processes. They created the macros with a delicious creamy taste with macronutrient ratios that support ketosis using A2 whey (cold processed). Bioavailability and absorption are keys to a good whey protein supplement. A supplement is not a food. Unlike food it should be absorbed quickly and efficiently. My favorite recipe is:
2 cups full-fat coconut milk
1 cup strawberries
2 scoops KetoFuel

1 tbsp Thrive oil
¼ cup cacao powder
7 ice cubes

Add coconut milk, strawberries, protein powder and cacao powder to the jug of your high-powered blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute, until smooth.
Add the ice cubes, one at a time. Continue to blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
Divide between two glasses and enjoy with a friend or put half aside for later.
