How to do the Trim4Life Contest with JM Ocean Avenue's Franco Cavaleri
I love listening to Franco Cavaleri talk about how to get your best life with the JM Ocean Avenue Trim4Life program. Talking about women, and men, and how we differ and what we are looking for. First thing is breakfast: WAVSmart + Invigorate. One serving of WAVSmart, and 1 -3 servings of Invigorate. What? Up to 3 servings of Invigorate? That's right, per meal. Franco takes 3 capsules per meal. Most people will do well with 1 capsule per meal. Because he carries more muscle mass than the average individual he usually combines WheyBeyond and WAVSmart to get more protein.Now especially women that tend to carry less muscle mass, you don't need that much protein. Most women will do well with the thermogenic protein in WheySmart that burns fat and helps sustain appetite, most guys that have more muscle mass will do better to add in WheyBeyond to get that extra boost, with less muscle mass just using WheyBeyond or WAVSmart for their breakfast instead of both. So you have to determine your needs, based on where you are when you start the Trim4Life Program. If you need to maintain more muscle mass, than you are going to up some of the daily options, if you are losing more weight, and adding muscle mass, then you are going to stick with the main plan.
Now lunch time, choose lower glycemic index carbohydrates as your source of carbohydrates with lean protein. This day Franco had a yam potato with a little tuna, and a tsp of mayonnaise mixed into his tuna, and ate it on top of a lettuce salad. To that lunch, he added 3 Invigorate, you are going to most likely only use 1 Invigorate.
Then about 40 minutes before his workout he had 1 Focus Energy, and 1 WheyBeyond. Most people will do well to use 1/2 a WheyBeyond. The Focus helps you burn fat, the WheyBeyond helps you preserve muscle. Post workout, right after the workout, Franco had 1 WheyBeyond, and you can then have the other 1/2 of your WheyBeyond and Empower. He's having 3 capsules of Empower MINIMUM 3 times a day. Most people, again, only need 2 capsules two to three times a day. This allows you to preserve the muscle and recover after the workout. So that way that lean muscle can continue to burn fat calories.
