Banana WheySmart Vanilla Protein PancakesA lot of my friends crave pancakes, and so this is a great recipe I had gotten off the bodybuilding website back in September that I shared with them.
Banana Vanilla Protein Pancakes:
1 small Banana
1 small (120g) cooked Sweet Potato
1/2 cup of Pastured Egg Whites
1/2 cup of Ocean Avenue WAVSmart undenatured whey (or if you are following the W30 and using Soy, use the cold washed soy Complete protein)
1 tsp coconut oil
- Blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
- Place coconut oil in pan and heat on medium heat.
- Pour batter onto pan in small circles.
- When bubbles form, flip over.
