Anti-Inflammatory Tea using WAV Nutrition

Anti-Inflammatory Tea using WAV Nutrition

Some people due to digestive issues struggle to absorb the WAVMPower. These folks can take up to three months to start feeling the full effects of this system.

To help them my personal recommendation is my own self created MPower Tea Recipes:

Orange MPower Tea-
32 oz boiling water
2 - 4 WAVMPower capsules
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1 handful cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1 Tbsp coconut oil (or evoo if you must)
2 lemons, juiced
5 peppercorns, whole (or 1 drop black pepper essential oil)
1 orange, juiced (or substitute 1 1/2 tbsp honey)

Put water on the stove to boil. Combine all ingredients in a strainer or teapot. Pour boiling water into the pot and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy!

MPower Tea Light-
5″ piece fresh ginger root, chopped or 1 tsp powdered ginger
2 - 4 WAVMPower (formerly known as Empower) capsules
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
1 lemon, juices
1 tbsp coconut oil
32 oz. water
agave nectar to taste (or your preferred sweetener), optional

Place ginger and water in a sauce pan over high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add MPower (powder) and coconut oil. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 10 minutes more, add cayenne (if using), lemon juice and sweetener (if using), stir vigorously, strain (or not) and serve immediately. Alternatively, for cold version, set aside and allow mixture to cool completely. Refrigerate to chill or serve over ice

Sweet MPower Tea-
2 - 4 capsules WAVMPower
1 tsp ginger (fresh or powdered)
¼ tsp cinnamon (powdered)
¼ tsp cardamon (powdered)
2 cups almond milk, hemp or whole milk

And a some sweetener of your choice. stevia drops, coconut sugar, date sugar, or raw honey
Heat all ingredients on the stove for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Sweeten to taste. Enjoy warm.

The idea is to infuse the empower into healthy fats for better and quicker absorption. Just warming water and adding coconut oil and the powder or warming whole milk and doing the powder would also work.

  1. Just an awesome tea. If you try the cordyceps powder in this tea I think it will be more healthy and delicious as well.
