The Focus T25 Workout Is Coming For You... Shaun T off the HOOK!

The Focus T25 Workout

This one is going to be a good one. I'm learning that really the secret to fitness success comes down to two things. First you have to focus on muscular structure that is mixed up, and fatigues the big muscles but still works on the smaller muscles to let the sag cinch up.  Second quick interval training gives your body less of a cortisol release, less stress on the joints, less over activation of select core muscle groups over and over again. That's the cycle so many of us are stuck in... and why so many of us are bound to our workouts. We can't go a week without starting to gain weight. We can't get rid of our tree trunk thighs {a term I say with the most loving of voices} and why I think this is one of the two workout programs I know about getting ready to launch that are going to totally IMPACT so many lives.
The only thing that stands between you and the results you want is time when you are a super busy mom, or launching into an amazing career! What's cool is that Shaun T experimented for the last year to see if he could create the same kind of results you'd expect from an hour-long program, in under 30 minutes.

The result is FOCUS T25—and the name implies the intent: If you focus your intensity for 25 minutes, and you do it 5 days a week, you WILL get results. There has been this talk about Primal Man and his workouts for a long time now. There are a few programs out there that I've recommended in the past to friends that wanted their cardio workout to be aligned with their paleo lifestyle. They say that interval training can prevent brain lesions, and by following a more ancestral workout (think running, stop, running, jump... is that dang lion still behind me?) you are building up your aerobic lung capacity, your body isn't over doing it, you will be burning more fats while building lean muscle mass. Take a look at the results of the beta testers:

When we use this interval style of training we are increasing our muscle fiber strength, the muscle mitochondria that is the main energy center of our muscles and staying young with a natural increase of grown hormone production. If you are looking at changing it up, I recommend you use a good core pilates based program, Focus T25 and enjoy a nice picnic while all of your friends are out on 50 mile bike races and marathons this summer.
