Heat a little coconut oil or other option over low to medium head. Chop and dice 1 large apple, or pear if you choose. Also chop one cup of diced nuts, or I love for my allergies to use sacha inchi seeds or tigernuts (which are actually tiny tubers). Add these to the warmed pan and saute until your apples start to soften. Then add in one cup of non-dairy milk (no sugar added if you are trying to lower your sugar content) and 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1/4 cup of coconut chips, one tbsp of flaxseed, 1 tbsp of chia, a couple of diced dates. Bring it all to a boil and then simmer for a few minutes until your apples are beautifully soft, and enjoy. You can add a little raw fair trade cacao, the Sweet Notella, extra non-dairy milk or yogurt, or even more diced fruits to top your "cereal" and enjoy a beautiful breaky. Cheers!
