I do recommend if you have a celiac problem that you still stay away from the gluten-free oats, but if not, it's a great option to use in your recipes. There are the best bot in terms of the steel-cut oats and the rolled oats. If you don't have the greatest blender, then I would recommend you use the rolled oats because they are easier to break down.
WheySmart Protein Waffles
1/2 cup Gluten-Free Oats
1/8 cup Flax Milk
3 large pastured eggs
3 scoops WheySmart
1. Pre-heat your waffle iron.
2. Add ingredients to your blender (I use my Vitamix) and mix to a batter consistency.
4. Pour batter onto waffle iron plat and close. (watch and be careful not to overfill as the whey makes them expand)
5. Waffles are done when they are golden brown on top.
