It can be hard to find natural, organic, certified products to use on your skin, especially for those items like skin spots. As I've gotten older I've found great skin care products, but not one of them did a thing to the ever present skin spot on my face. So I went searching to find a natural way to take care of this problem, and of course had to share with all of you.

Daily Skin Care process {use after your have done your regular cleanser, but before you do your moisturizer}

AM Process for lightening skin spots:

  1. Step One: Combine one teaspoon honey with 1/2 teaspoon WheyBeyond and 1/4 tsp distilled water. Apply directly to affected areas. Allow it to dry for 30 minutes, and then rinse clean with tepid water.
  2. Step Two: Apply fresh unprocessed Orange Juice {Finally something to do with the oranges besides eating them} directly to age spot. OJ contains lactic acid and vitamin C, which exfoliates sun-damaged skin and areas that are over-pigmented.
  3. Step Three: Combine 2-3 drops of lemon essential oil with about ½ ounce of  fractionated coconut oil. Apply to age spots twice per day. Your lemon essential oil naturally offers the bleaching properties that will gently lighten spots; however it does take time so make sure to apply the solution daily.
