My new oil... I am leaning slowly into using it because there's not a lot of studies on it, and I am not sure how sustainable it will be. 90℅ of the good fats, and .5 grams of saturated fat per serving. . Up to 485° smoke point. It is a #culinary #algae oil. Who knew, right? Definitely not low fat.. #PaleoVegeo #nourishedin30 #hearthealthy
