My favorite type of meeting today... First, a friend that I adore. Second, a face to face walk through to talk about easy choices for living this 30 day Paleo Vegan plan. And it really is easy, and it is an enlightening process to start seeing how our body can heal through #nutrition. It is slightly different for everyone. Maybe you realize you can't eat almonds, or eggs, quinoa. Maybe you realize that your body works so much better when you get 9 hours of sleep vs 6. So my favorite client of the day! But first lunch with my girl before her science class. #homeschool #vegan #mamawholewellness #PaleoVegeo #holistic #wellnesspractitioner #bookyourappointment

Good morning!! First meal of the day... I was making some #chickpea butter, and hads little extra. I soaked the chickpeas for about 60 hours, rinsing periodically. Then dehydrated. Blended with evoo and a little vanilla coconut milk. So I used the extra to make a savory flatbread and added pomagranate kernels for the nom over a hemp ceasar dressing. On the side is hemp milk and #lingonberries. #nomnom #PaleoVegeo #veggielife

Love making my healthy morning cereal. Also known as apple chia pudding. On the stove I heat up coconut oil, two diced apples. Once that starts to soften a little I add in 1 1\2 cups of unsweetened vanilla hemp milk and four tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon or pumpkin spice. Let it sit on medium heat for about 10 minutes and then I do a quick almost boil at the end. In my mason jar I mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1/4 tsp of powdered ginger. I pour the cereal into the mason jars and stir it well to mix in the chia seeds. You can have some about 5 minutes later, or toss them into the fridge for morning. I also love mixing in a little #vegan powder in the morning to get those extra goodies. This would be perfect for a #whole30 breakfast or just to help clean up your diet. #nomnom #PaleoVegeo #yum #masonjar #chiapudding
