The Pacific Northwest Heat Wave I Cauliflower Pasta

Extreme temps over here in the pacific northwest calls for quick meal prep. We have gotten up to 111 in this massive heat wave. The Taste Republic cauliflower linguine takes just three minutes. It isn't vegan, has egg, so you can also use just a red lentil pasta about as quickly. With a quick alfredo sauce made of veggie yogurt and a side salad, it is what my family said was the best dinner. I was so happy to be able to take care of them, without heating up the entire house.
