Happy Monday! Take baby steps towards a healthier diet. Start with this homemade nutella. Hazelnuts provide significant amounts of antioxidants known to fight aging, cancer and heart disease. Perfect on your Sunday protein pancakes (meal prep some extras and put them in the freezer for a quick warm up and go breakfast).

Sweet Notella

2 cups hazelnuts (see below for allergy friendly option)
2 tbsp fair trade cocao
1 tbsp coconut oil

Blend in your high speed blender until you get the consistency you desire. You could do this with sacha inchi seeds as well for an allergy-friendly high protein option.
